Laundry-grade duvet built for frequent commercial washing, reinforced durability and reliable all-season comfort in demanding hotel environments.
Product Details
Designed for Hotel Operations and Guest Comfort
The Washable Duvet — Laundry Grade is specifically designed for hospitality environments where bedding must withstand frequent washing and repeated daily use. It provides a practical solution for hotels, serviced accommodation and other properties operating intensive commercial laundry programs.
The duvet uses bonded polyester fibre filling to provide stable loft, dependable warmth and consistent comfort. Fill weights from 200gsm to 600gsm offer flexibility for different room types, climates and seasonal bedding requirements. The all-season configuration makes it suitable for standard hotel guest rooms and year-round accommodation programs.
A reinforced box-quilted construction helps maintain the distribution of the filling and provides greater structural stability during regular handling and laundering. The reinforced, double-stitched edge is designed to improve durability at areas that experience repeated stress during washing, drying and housekeeping operations.
The T233 down-proof cotton shell provides a smooth and comfortable sleeping surface while supporting the requirements of professional hotel bedding. The overall construction focuses on practical maintenance, durability and consistent performance rather than excessive decorative detailing.
This laundry-grade duvet is well suited to hotel chains, commercial laundry operations, serviced apartments and hospitality properties seeking reliable bedding for high-frequency use. It can also be produced in different fill weights and dimensions according to project requirements.
Duvets, protectors and toppers follow mattress size. Pillows follow their own standards — see the separate block below. All dimensions in centimetres.

Pillowcases are cut 2–5 cm larger than the pillow; a case cut to the exact pillow size makes the pillow look overstuffed on the bed.
The figure after the protector size is the pocket depth, made to your actual mattress thickness. Pillow‑top mattresses can require up to 45 cm.
Toppers match the mattress size and are held by elastic anchor straps, so they carry no pocket depth.
