How much is the right amount of hotel towels and bedding to buy?

How much to buy depends on the occupancy of your hotel. Generally, the ratio is based on the number of beds. The conventional ratio is 1:3.

Why is 1:3, is 1:2 possible?

1:3 refers to one wash, one replacement and one spare.
